Description
Blackkit was excited. Today was the day she would finally be an apprentice. No longer would she be stuck in the den, bored all day. Her body almost vibrated with excitement.
She saw Cloverkit look back at her "I wish I knew more of these cats."
"Don't worry, you have me, and you'll get to know them all soon, and be friends with many of them I suspect." Blackkit knew she had a very loveable nature. As soon as she closed her mouth, Darkdream padded up, and started the ceremony. He called Cloverkit forward first to receive her apprentice name. After she became Cloverpaw, he turned to Blackkit.
Darkdream looked somewhat bemused as he meowed loudly "Blackkit, you have reached the age of six moons, after many escapades, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Blackpaw. I hope DreamClan will watch over your pawsteps and guide you until you find in your paws the patience and wisdom of a warrior."
"Blackpaw!" the cats chanted loudly, soon to be silenced by Darkdream.
He rose his voice again saying just as loud as before, "Stormstripe, you are ready to take on an apprentice again. You received your training from Adderstrike, and you have shown yourself to be patient and cunning. You will be the mentor of Blackpaw, and I expect you to pass on Adderstrike knew, and what you learned as a warrior to Blackpaw."
Stormstripe had stepped forward as Darkdream called him up. He padded over to Blackpaw and they touched noses. Blackpaw didnt know Stormstripe, but he looked young and strong.
Stormstripe knew all about Blackpaw's earlier escapades, and knew he'd have his paws full with her. As he padded over to talk to Nightrunner, he felt a heavy weight on his shoulder as he fell forward.
"Gotcha! when we gonna train?!" Blackpaw purred as she managed to pin her mentor.
Yup, this was gonna be fun...

About the picture:
This was a collaboration between me and ~LordShadowDragon.
I did the linearts for my 2 characters, and colored
character. They also colored my kitties and the background (since I fail epically at bgs.)

you do have one typo where you wrote Cloverkit instead of Blackkit, on the warrior part.
